Brenda Martinez

Brenda Martinez began her career after graduating from California State University, Long Beach in 2019 with a degree in Anthropology. She worked as a legal assistant and gained experience in the fields of immigration, personal injury, and business litigation, which provided her with a diverse and well-rounded skill set across various legal arenas.

She joined Ascendant LLP in 2023 after obtaining her paralegal studies certificate from UCLA Extension, an American Bar Association approved program. She now focuses her efforts on tax controversy and audit defense, tax planning, domestic business planning, trust administration and probate matters. She is passionate about helping attorneys achieve successful and efficient resolutions for their clients.
